Leaving from the harbour at 9 am from Tasiilaq we will sail towards the Ammassalik Fjord where we at certain times of the year can be fortunate to see whales.

 First stop will be at the deserted American base at Ikatek. Here we can see the old landing strip, old lorries left by the Americans and the collapsed hangar.

 From there we will continue to the Knud Rasmussen Glacier, where we will turn off the engine and with some luck, we might see the ice break.

 Lunch will be enjoyed ashore.

 Around 6 pm we will be back in Tasiilaq.
